DELIVERY POLICY

The delivery times indicated on inkowild.com are provided for informational purposes and may vary depending on the destination and transportation conditions. No cancellations or compensation will be granted for delays in the estimated delivery times.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., strike, material shortage, logistical issue), INKO - Wild concept cannot be held responsible for a delay or inability to deliver. In such cases, the customer will be informed and may request a refund.

The products remain the property of INKO - Wild concept until full payment of the order amount is received.

The risks associated with the goods are transferred to the customer upon their effective delivery.
PRODUCT INSPECTION
The customer is encouraged to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any apparent defects or discrepancies from the order within 48 hours by contacting INKO - Wild concept at info@inkowild.com. In the event of a confirmed defect, the provisions of our return and refund policy will apply.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal without additional fees, except for return shipping costs. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.

If the return conditions are met, INKO - Wild concept will process the refund within 10 days following the receipt of the returned merchandise.
