General terms and conditions of sale
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of INKO - Wild Concept and its customers within the framework of sales made through the website inkowild.com. By confirming an order, the customer unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified in writing between the parties.
Article 1 - Offer and quote
The prices listed on the website inkowild.com are valid at the time of ordering and may be changed at any time without prior notice, except for orders that have already been confirmed.
Article 2 - Prices and associated costs
2.1. The prices listed on inkowild.com are in euros and include all applicable taxes (VAT included).
2.2. Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are additional and will be specified during the checkout process.
2.3. Our prices are fixed, but any change in the VAT rate before delivery may be reflected in the final price.
2.4. If the customer requests a change in the delivery address or date, or provides incorrect information during the order process, additional charges may apply.
Article 3 - Orders and Payment
3.1. Any order on inkowild.com is confirmed after payment validation, which creates a binding contract between both parties.
3.2. Any request for modification of an already confirmed order must be made in writing within 24 hours of the order. The modification is subject to acceptance by INKO - Wild Concept.
3.3. In the event of order cancellation by the customer after confirmation, INKO - Wild Concept reserves the right to retain 30% of the total order amount to cover administrative costs.
3.4. Payment is required at the time of ordering and can be made using the available payment methods on the site. No product will be shipped without prior payment.
Article 4 – Delivery Time and Methods
4.1. The delivery times indicated on inkowild.com are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on the destination and transport conditions. No cancellation or compensation will be granted for delays beyond the estimated times.
4.2. In the event of force majeure (e.g., strike, shortage of materials, logistical issues), INKO - Wild Concept cannot be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver. In such cases, the customer will be informed and may request a refund.
4.3. The products remain the property of INKO - Wild Concept until full payment of the order amount is received.
4.4. The risks associated with the goods are transferred to the customer upon their effective delivery.
Article 5 - Product verification
The customer is invited to inspect the goods upon receipt and report any apparent defects or discrepancies with the order within 48 hours by contacting INKO - Wild Concept at info@inkowild.com.
In case of a proven defect, the provisions of our return and refund policy will apply.
Article 6 - Legal Warranty
6.1. In accordance with Articles 1649bis et seq. of the Civil Code, INKO - Wild Concept guarantees any lack of conformity of the products that appears within two years from the date of delivery.
6.2. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages caused by improper use, or repairs carried out by unqualified third parties.
6.3. The customer must report any lack of conformity in writing within 2 months from the discovery of the defect by contacting info@inkowild.com. After this period, the warranty can no longer be applied.
6.4. In the event of a proven defect, the customer can obtain, at no cost, the repair or replacement of the product within a reasonable period.
Article 7 - Returns and exchanges
7.1. The customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the items to exercise their right of withdrawal without additional charges, except for the return shipping costs. After this period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
7.2. The items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in perfect condition.
7.3. If the return conditions are met, INKO - Wild Concept will process the refund within 10 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
Article 8 - Force majeure
INKO - Wild Concept shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (force majeure), such as natural disasters, fires, strikes, or any other event preventing delivery.
Article 9 - Intellectual property
9.1. The jewelry, accessories, photographs, and other items sold by INKO - Wild Concept are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or modification is prohibited without prior authorization.
9.2. The customer is granted a personal usage right for the purchased items, without any right to reproduce or commercially distribute them.
9.3. Any publication by the customer on social media, websites, or any other platform of a photograph taken by INKO - Wild Concept must mention the name "INKO - Wild Concept" and include a link to its official page.
9.4. Any violation of these provisions may result in the payment of damages after a formal notice has been sent.
Article 10 - Modification of the general terms and conditions
INKO - Wild Concept reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the order.
Article 11 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of a dispute, only Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
By placing an order on inkowild.com, the customer acknowledges having read and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms constitute the entire agreement between INKO - Wild concept and the customer.
